Partner Program

Welcome to our Care Friends Partner Program.

Share the good news about Care Friends and be rewarded via our Partner Program.

By signing up for our Partner Program, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Agreement”). Please ensure that you read them carefully before signing up.

Joining (and leaving) the program

Enrolling in the Partner Program is by invitation. You do not have to accept this invitation. Participation in the Partner Program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

You may leave the program at any time by deleting the app.

How to share the good news and your responsibilities

After downloading the Care Friends Partner app you can find a Partner link on the home page. You can share this link with your network by clicking on the green button (share this job). Anyone who uses this link to show their interest and leave their details is considered a lead. Both Care Friends and you are notified when a link that you shared results in an Expression of Interest (EoI).

As a Partner you will have to let your network know that you are a Care Friends Partner and that you will get rewarded for putting in a good word. But that’s ok! To cover us legally, we have included this in your Partner link. We know that our Partners are people who believe in the power of referral with Care Friends either via direct experience with it or via word-of-mouth. But please also tell them that your Partner reward comes off our margin and won’t be added to their licence fee!

Although we prefer one-on-one referral marketing, you may share your link on social media, your website or via other marketing channels.

By joining the Partner Program, you affirm that your participation does not violate any policies of your current employer, if applicable. It is your responsibility to ensure that your involvement does not create a conflict of interest or breach any company policies. If needed, you must obtain approval from your employer. Our company will not be responsible for any conflicts of interest or policy violations resulting from your participation in the Partner Program.

As a Partner, you also agree to:

Promote our products/services in a lawful and ethical manner.
Use only approved marketing materials provided by our company.
Not make false or misleading claims about our products/services.
Comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to advertising, data protection, and privacy laws.

Eligible Leads

Care Friends is designed for the Care and Support sectors, including Aged Care, Retirement Living, Disability Support, Acute Care, Child Care (pre-school and out-of-school hours), Healthcare, Social and Community Services, Mental Health Care and Alternative Healthcare.

This Partner program is only applicable in Australia and New Zealand.

A genuine lead signifies a person from an organisation in one of the above-mentioned sectors that has shown an interest in Care Friends or implementing an employee referral program and has spoken with you about Care Friends.

The lead cannot be a current or past Care Friends client or an organisation that is already in the sales pipeline for Care Friends. You will be notified via the app if your lead is eligible for our Partner reward program.

All leads are treated on a no-obligation basis.

All leads have to come through via the Care Friends Partners app.

Partners may submit multiple leads.

Partner Rewards and Pay-outs

As a Partner, you acknowledge and agree that you are not an employee, agent, or representative of our company, and you will not be entitled to any benefits or compensation from our company other than those expressly outlined in this Partner Program.

You will be rewarded via Partner Points from the moment you share our expressions of interest form. The further your lead makes it into our sales process, the more points you get.

1 point = 1 Australian dollar

Joining our Partner Program: 20 points
sharing your link via the Care Friends app with an interested connection (lead): 5 points
your lead opens the link, completes the form and we are able to contact them: 10 points
we have a first meeting with your lead: 50 points
your lead launches Care Friends: 100 points + 8% of the associated annual licence fee (based on the annual licence fee only, ex GST).
your lead renews their Care Friends licence for the second licence year: 500 points (Any subsequent licence renewals will not incur a reward)

You can redeem your points once you reach a minimum of 50 awarded points. The points you request for payout will be reviewed by Care Friends and, once approved, will be paid out via VISA prepaid card(s) or donated to a charity of your choice, or a combination of these options.

You can share our EOI form with potential leads as many times as you like each month; however only the first 5 shares will be eligible for the “share” reward, as we want to make sure we have sufficient time to respond to leads.

Any awarded points for fake or not genuinely interested leads may be deducted.

Any unclaimed Partner points will become null and void after 12 months from when the reward was granted or when you decide to delete the app or no longer want to be a Partner. It is your responsibility to cash in your points via the app.

Any rewards earned through the Partner Program may be subject to taxation, and it is the responsibility of the participant to seek professional advice from their tax advisor or accountant regarding their tax obligations.

Communication

Care Friends will communicate with you via the Care Friends Partners App regarding the status of your lead as well as via email or phone/text. You can always reach out to us via the help function in the app or support@carefriends.com.au

Termination of Program

We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using all Partner links and remove any promotional materials related to our company from your marketing channels.

Rewards earned before the termination date will be honoured according to the original terms and we allow you 4 weeks to cash in any outstanding points (if they reach the threshold) after which they will expire and your account removed.

Limitation of Liability

Care Friends is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Partner Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

If you are employed by a company that currently uses Care Friends, it is your responsibility to ensure that your participation in our Partner Program does not breach any of your employer’s policies. You must seek approval from your employer if necessary and confirm that your activities as a Partner comply with your company’s rules and regulations. Care Friends will not be held liable for any violations of your employer’s policies resulting from your participation in this program.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company and its Partners, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your participation in the Partner Program, including but not limited to your breach of this Agreement.

Modification

We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. You will be notified of any changes via email and via the app. Modifications may include changes in the scope of available commissions, commission rates, payment procedures, and Partner Program rules. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only option is to terminate this Agreement. Your continued participation in the Partner Program following the posting of the change notice or new Agreement on our site will indicate your agreement to the changes.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and our company with respect to the Partner Program and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and our company.
